Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Shipping

Shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods and opened products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
