Terms and Conditions for NF-Products and NFP B.V.

  1. Applicability

    • These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of NF-Products and NFP B.V., regardless of whether they are concluded orally, in writing, or via the websites www.nf-products.com and www.nfpbv.com.
    • By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

  2. Retention of Title

    • All delivered products remain the property of NF-Products and NFP B.V. until full payment has been received from the customer.
    • In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the delivered products, without prejudice to our right to compensation.

  3. Availability of Terms and Conditions

    • Our terms and conditions are always available for review at www.nfpbv.com.
    • Upon request, we can provide a copy of these terms via email or postal mail.

  4. Orders

    • Orders can be placed orally, in writing, or through our websites.
    • All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, regardless of how they are placed.

  5. Payment

    • Payment must be made within the period specified on the invoice, without any deduction or set-off.
    • If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is in default by operation of law, and we are entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

  6. Delivery

    • Delivery of products takes place at the address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
    • Delivery times are indicative, and exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

  7. Liability

    • NF-Products and NFP B.V. are not liable for any indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, or revenue, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

  8. Applicable Law and Disputes

    • All agreements and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
    • Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where NF-Products or NFP B.V. is established.
